IMPORTANT:
Our internal system will be down for one to three business days around the end of May, and the beginning of June.
We are doing an internal company-wide system upgrade and will be limited on the services we can provide during this time. We will be accepting any rush orders and will be able to process anything that is on a deadline, HOWEVER, this will affect the turn-around time for many of our orders, and order confirmations will be sent once our system is back up. If you do have a rush, please call our office if submitted during this time to ensure we have received it. Our website, order intake email and our phone lines will all be functional, and you will still be able to submit orders through this process. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We will know by May 9th when this will be specifically and will send out another update then.
